Each booth includes standard furnishings (table, chairs), basic lighting, power outlet, booth signage, and Wi-Fi access. Premium booths get additional furnishings and priority placement.
Setup: 9 AM, Saturday, August 16, 2025 (2 PM - 7 PM)
Teardown: 9 AM, Sunday, August 17, 2025 (after 5:30 PM)
Premium booth holders get priority selection. Locations are assigned based on package level and registration date.
50% deposit required at booking, full payment due by February 15, 2025. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
Full refund available 60 days before event, 50% refund up to 30 days before. No refunds within 30 days of event.
Booth transfers are permitted up to 14 days before the event with written approval from organizers.
