Booth & Space

What's included with each booth?

Each booth includes standard furnishings (table, chairs), basic lighting, power outlet, booth signage, and Wi-Fi access. Premium booths get additional furnishings and priority placement.

When is booth setup and teardown?

Setup: 9 AM, Saturday, August 16, 2025 (2 PM - 7 PM)
Teardown: 9 AM, Sunday, August 17, 2025 (after 5:30 PM)

Can I choose my booth location?

Premium booth holders get priority selection. Locations are assigned based on package level and registration date.

Registration & Payment

What are the payment terms?

50% deposit required at booking, full payment due by February 15, 2025. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund available 60 days before event, 50% refund up to 30 days before. No refunds within 30 days of event.

Can I transfer my booth to another company?

Booth transfers are permitted up to 14 days before the event with written approval from organizers.

Exhibitors should arrive by 8:00 AM

Is parking available?

Complimentary parking available for all exhibitors and attendees at the Hyatt Regency Frisco.

Are there accommodations nearby?
